Pricing and Quotes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Special quotes are good for 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Terms and Finance Charges

If payment is not received by the due date, finance charges of 1.5% per month, or 18% per year, will be added to past due accounts.

If an account is past due and/or finance charges are not paid, future shipments are subject to hold.

Default and Collection Costs

In the event of default by Buyer, Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees, trial fees, and appellate fees.

Acceptance of Terms

Buyer's placement of an order, whether verbal or written, and Buyer's acceptance, use, or holding of Seller's product establishes Buyer's acceptance of these terms.

Shortage and Damage Claims

All claims for shortages or damage must be made at the time of receipt of goods.

Returns

Returns are not allowed without prior written authorization.

Rolls are priced as full bolts only. If a roll is opened and cut, Buyer can no longer return the item for a full refund.
